Runaway kids find Christ

Last night two 14 year old boys who had just ran away from home in Kamloops, because their parents yelled at them, had been on the streets in Calgary for 3 days, and ran into an old lady who told them to come to Street Church. They came at the end of the night, and Art and Shuni shared the gospel with them, and the dangers of living on the street. They both received Christ, called their parents, Monty drove them to get a burger then took them to the bus station to send them back home. Praise God! These boys were really touched by God in a powerful way. They hugged the members at Street Church and thanked them profusely.

 

We witnessed 16 people receive Christ yesterday, and 3 on Sunday.

 

Luke 10;2

"Then He said to them, "The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest"
