Festival “Hail to the King!”

“Whoever is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when He comes in His glory and in the glory of the Father and of the Holy angels.” Luke 9:26

Brothers and sisters:

We have found favour in Calgary with some of the city’s departments. In the past few years by the grace of God we are allowed to organize concerts in parks in Calgary. One of the amazing places we can put our worship and praise to our God is in the heart of Prince’s Island Park “Enmax Stage” (698 Eau Claire Avenue Southwest, Calgary, AB).

Think about what a great opportunity this is to come together in unity and present ourselves to the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth in such a public form. For the whole day we can sing, pray and declare Jesus’ will over our lives and over our city and country. From noon till 8 pm on the 30th of May, 2015 we can prophesy God’s life to those naked bones. We can preach the Gospel to those that maybe would never come to our buildings. We can plead for the lives of the lost with the one that holds everything in the palm of His hands.

This is our city! Will you come and fight for it in Jesus’ name?

This event is also a preparation for the March for Jesus which is going to happen on Father’s Day on June 21, 2015 from 1 pm – 8 pm, the march starts at Millennium Square and goes to Olympic Plaza where we will praise, worship and exalt Jesus Christ to the glory of the Heavenly Father, and where we will eat, laugh and partake in God’s blessings.

The March for Jesus brings Christians of every tradition, age, and race into the streets to celebrate what Jesus has done and to ask God’s blessing on our city. It is nothing more and nothing less than a joyous celebration of our Lord Jesus Christ. (www.marchforjesus.ca)

Here is the proposed artillery for the day:

Every half hour different worship teams with soloists and/or choir.

In between we will have prayer warriors and/or Gospel preachers.

Imagine being able to spend with your brothers and sisters an entire day giving Glory to the one and only God, Jesus Christ. Not only to worship Him, but to be able to do it in public.
